Trainees of IAESTE UCT can visit the Volha canteen at the dorm. The entry is in the entrance hall of the dorm next to the reception. To be able to buy your meals at any canteen you need to use the same identity card you have been given to enter the university buildings but you need to deposit some money to your card before buying your first meal. The minimum amount is 100 CZK. You can deposit the money at any canteen. The Volha canteen serves breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. You can choose from two soups, four main dishes, vegetable salads and much more. There’s a small grocery store as well.

U zeleného ptáka
It is a common pub where you can play billiard, bowling, darts, and much more… It is situated next to the U Kunratického leas bus station, 5 minutes walking distance from the dorms.
At the campus of the Czech Technical University and the Institute of Chemical Technology in Dejvice there are two student canteens: the red one (because of its colour) and the blue one. The red one is located in the Student house – if you stand facing the National Technical library (big glass building in front of the building A of the ICT), go to the left and look for a red building. The blue one is situated next to the BILLA supermarket. To buy meals you have to use the the identity card you have been given with enough credit on it.
Directly at the Institute of Chemical Technology you can buy small snacks in two buffets or cafeterias. One is called U Miláčka and is located in building A, the other in the building B next to entry. You can relax in RESPIRIUM with wi-fi zone. The room is situated in building B on the ground floor, to the right from the entry, behind the glass door.
